Nawab wajid ali shah loves to chewing paan (Betel leaf) but this habit was effecting his teeth badly so he call his all loyal ministers to make a solution for this.
Ministers went Ram Asrey  with the urgent concern of how to persuade the Nawab get rid of his habit of paan(Betel leaf).
Ram Asery's skills-men gave an attempt of presenting an Indian sweet made of Malai, stuffed with the richness of dry fruits and sugar, designed and folded just like Indian paan. The Nawab instantly fell in love with the dessert and the famous Malai Pan was bornšŸ¤—
